Not sure why you do, but I also hate British accents a great deal. For me British accents sound corny and annoying, and just over all shitty. I cringe when I hear a british accent it just makes me want to jump out a window. also the british peeps i have met are either drunken slobs or just morons. either way the accents are horrible.
Culturally the Joke in American is American woman will alway fall for a guy with a British accent . In fact I just saw a commerical having a Girl leaving the guy she was with for a guy with a British accent . some accents sound very snobby and conceited to me and their really anoying I guess if you live in another part of the world you would think an american accent is weird but I just really hate this accent because this guy at my school have one and i think its like australian and i wanna punch him in the face everytime he talks!!, I love Scouse and the Edinburgh accent , but hate Northern Irish and (beleve it or not) Mancunian.

12/6/2013 · There is not ONE British accent . So most British people will find it funny if you insist on learning THE British accent , but some will feel it as an insult. As we could not see his reaction you will have to go with your own feeling on it. Maybe next time flirt in a more obvious way.

8/4/2012 · It depends what American accent , southern US accents sound awful, like that hillbilly sound just drives me spare, but those from the higher up states don’t sound too bad. Youtube for a Geordie accent believe it or not, that is British too, there are so many different accents here but you will think a Geordie accent is from another planet.
